The help or members in raising money is greatly appreciated and needed. Fundraising is a valuable and necessary part of our non-profit cooperative playgroup. We use the money from fundraising to pay for our operating expenses, supplies, snacks, field trips and most importantly new toys.
Our largest fundraisers are the Bay Treasure Chest 50/50 draw (2 volunteers needed once/5 weeks) and the bi-annual “Vessey’s Seeds” campaigns (1 volunteer needed to coordinate ordering). We’re a member of the Bay Youth Hub which is one of the beneficiaries of the Bay Treasure Chest fundraiser and have participated in the Vessey’s campaign for many years. All members are needed in fundraising activities. If you have any ideas we encourage you to bring them forward.
